r. S. H. Wong received his BEng (Hons) degree in
Computer Systems Engineering
from
University of Warwick (UK)
in 1992. He is currently a MPhil Student in the
Electronic Engineering Department
of
City University of Hong Kong
. His research interests are in Image Processing especially in 3-D Medical Image Recognition and Reconstruction.
